Our history

Founded in 1999, FIMS was created in response to the necessity that foreign and local companies had for information and support in the process of doing business in México.

The beginning

Initially, FIMS began offering personalized services of managing and designing customers’ action plans, as Real Estate Brokerage and Services, allowing them to reduce the risk for their company when deciding to start or expand their operations in Mexico.

Shortly after, and as a complementary part of the services already provided, FIMS began offering Project and Construction Management, and Construction of Real Estate, always focusing in customized solutions to the needs of each client.
